  1. Yes this is exactly what I wanted. Thank you very much @DennisHermannsen
  2. Yes, thanks for the confirmation, but I'm not a database guy and was hoping for specific SQL commands to accomplish this.
  3. My knowledge base is massive and public. Going article to article, setting each as private, is not viable to accomplish making the knowledge base viewable only by logged in users. Can anyone offer some guidance on how I can do this on a mass scale? I was thinking this might be accomplished via phpMyAdmin but I'm not entirely sure.
  4. This hook still works perfectly per my testing, You are awesome for providing this to us and I'm super grateful. I'm curious about Multiple products from the same invoice. If the invoice contains 5 different products, but only 1 is terminated, it seems to terminate the entire invoice. Is there a way to require the hook to check that ALL the products have been terminated before cancelling?
  5. Forgive me for necro-ing this thread. I don't seem to even have any client facing Domain Configurations selection. I'm concerned that implementing this Hook may not do anything, considering the checkboxes don't even exist anywhere on the order form when users purchase a domain. Note, I am still able to enable them in the admin area or via MySQL. Will this hook help me, even though the options aren't on the order form? I really need all DNS management options enabled by default for all users who order domains. I can't really test this (I don't think) without actually buying a domain and seeing if it enables the management settings. Thank you so much in advanced for any responses. (@Brian - you're the man. I've searched out so many WHMCS questions only to have them answered by you in the forums. Thank you for your constant contributions.)
  6. I am experiencing this same issue when trying to preview a New Email msg to a client via WHMCS. I can find no fix. **Update** I noticed that this error was happening because when putting {$signature} at the end of my message, I had forgotten the $. Make sure you check your Merge Fields are not mispelled or malformed.
