(Re-posted from another community category) Hi all. I am new to the web hosting business but have learned a lot in the past few months. Right now, I'm stuck wondering if my only option to create a customizable hosting website is to use Wordpress and a bridge. I am comfortable with wordpress website design, but I hate having to "Connect" a separate website to send people to. I use the Lagom WHMCS theme and I find it very attractive, but I also wish I could customize more of my site with content. Text, images, and videos. Nothing crazy. Some hosting site designs I really like are: https://www.namehero.com/ https://hostarmada.com/ I don't have $10k for a custom development. Should I stick with having a WP site and linking to my WHMCS site? Or is there something I'm missing? Thanks, looking forward to feedback.

Hi, so, I recently transferred hosts and had cPanels moved from one host to another. After the move, one of the sites I created with the Web.com SitePlus sitebuilder now says "Under Construction". I contacted support, and they said contact the Site builder support. Really, I think this is an issue on their end. The site builder account is no longer connected to the client on WHMCS. However, all the files are still there. Despite there being an under construction page on the home, when you click around, you can still see the layout of the site. www.itstimealaska.com. I am unable to login or edit otherwise. Please help! 😞

Any further info on this? I'm having the same issue. However, both accounts are terminated, yet they still appear in my WHMCS.
