Hi, I was trying to find something similar on the community but I didn't find anything. I have such a problem that I completely lack the ability to request product cancellation in the client section. In the general settings, I have turned on to display the possibility of requesting cancellation, but simply nothing is displayed anywhere ... I also switched themes and changed products and created different accounts, but still nothing ... I have connected WHCMS to Plesk...
Can't advise me where the mistake may be?
