Hello evocart, The best way to go about this, would be to make sure your products, if you're defining them by location are setup under different categories, and only go to that one server. Also, make sure you have it setup so that new accounts go to the least full server, so you get a more even flow of accounts on each server.

And there is no way to do with automatically with cPanel / WHM without that addon?

There is only one user, and I am assigned to all tickets, I don't see what the damn problem is, in the "Ticket Mail Import Log" the status of the tickets come up as "Invalid Ticket ID"

I have assigned the tickets to each email, well, atleast I think I have.

I have read that, but it comes up in my log saying "Ticket ID not found" And I really need this system running ASAP.
