Hey guys! I am trying to setup WHMCS and saw that the client area, just as the invoices only show the product title, not the description. For some products this is vital, since you cant put all the information into the title. Unfortunately on my search all i found is this post where someone added the product group. Would it be possible to add the description to all products visible and invoiced? (client-area and invoices) Thanks in advance! pge

Hey guys! Im looking for some advice regarding invoicing. I currently am migrating to WHMCS and wanted to setup individual recurringly billed products for pre-existing customers. What would be the best approach, if i wanted them all to be invoiced on the first of every month? Should i create billable iteams and how do i make them invoice on the first? Or would a product/service be more suitable? Thanks for your input!

Hey guys! Im trying to migrate to WHMCS but im confused regarding the billing options. I have pre-existing clients that have individual products/items that are on recurring billing. These items should be billed on every 1. of the month. How can i accomplish this? Would this be a case for "billable items", or adding a hidden product? In most cases the products vary, so no two customers have the exact same product. But the most important part is the billing timing. I want the invoice to be sent on the first, for all pre-existing customers. How would that work? Greetings, dym
