I was surprised to see how many have accumulated through the years. Here’s how to cancel a preapproved payment like a subscription or billing agreement: Log in to your PayPal account. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out." Click the Payments tab. Click Manage pre-approved payments. Click the merchant name for the payment agreement you want to cancel.
