  1. To illustrate this... here is a little preview of this theme with a little modification...
  2. Thank you Well I think it's not that hard to customise it.. everything over the main menu can be changed easily and the footer can be totaly removed since it doesn't contain anything critical. But I agree that when I've made it.. I didn't realy think of the custom header/footer aspect Yeah that's the idea behind my theme... just adding as much improvements as possible and keep the core aspect of the old themes so users don't get lost... And for the design, I used only one font wich is present in whmcs's website, admin etc.. (Lucida) and even if I used the default "blue" color as the main one... u can imagine having any color to fit any hoster's identity...
  3. A few days ago... I said that my first idea was to list a few products on the homepage as Featured.. but I wasn't sure if it was possible to do it since there is many product types... and even custom product types... I know as a webdeveloper that when designing applications like WHMCS where everything is dynamic and can evolve... you need to stay as "generic" as possible so everything can fit without breaking anything else... I'm still not sure but here is a basic version of the featured block in the homepage... it got the product type, name, 3 properties and the price Would be great of Matt can give us his input about this.
  4. I agree.. this is beginning to be interresting (btw good job MGarden)
  5. After 2 requests here the domain and product management pages
  6. Some of brett's suggesting are good and can be implemented on any existing theme... tabs for example are something that is great to have in the domain management page.. I didn't design that page but if I did I would've done the same...
  7. Twig (twig.sensiolabs.org) is the new Smarty these days I personnaly don't see any problem using these templating engines... even if they are limited by the variables/information passed to them.. they offer an easy way to seperate the logic from the views. wich is a good thing for people who doesn't have the skills or just don't want to be facing some scary php code I guess if something is missing, well... ask Matt
  8. Thank you.. here is a blank page as u asked.. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/227591/whmcs/empty.png To be honest, my idea at first was to add also a "Featured Products" widget under the domain checker in the homepage.. but you know.. You can have a lot of different type of products and services (third party modules) and I wasn"t sure if it was something doable.
  9. Lol I did a little mistake in my first post (posted the thumbs without the links to the real size screens.., please delete my first post and approve the second one... I tried to edit it but I couldn't...
  10. Hello everyone ! My name is Driss and I work for a Moroccan hosting company as a Webdeveloper. I've noticed your tweet about this competition earlier this week and decided to give it a shot First of all, I wanna say that I don't do anymore webdesign lately but I tried to do my best to make a clean, simple, modern design and add a few things that were missing in WHMCS in my opinion. Previews Comments Misc A preview of the existing ajax order form in this theme Quick rendering in other colors : Highlights - Currency and language switchers always available - Company's contact informations on the footer and a "Call us now" on the header - Domain checker widget in the homepage - Client Area block acting a menu displaying basic statistics - Main and secondary menus Additionnal informations Theme name : genious (this is not a typo, it's my company's name ) Javascript (optionnal) : DD_Roundies, an awesome standalone library for rounded corners in older browsers, focusing on IE (MIT Licence - http://www.dillerdesign.com/experiment/DD_roundies) Graphics : The icons used in this design are under the Creative Commons (Attribution 3.0 United States) and are part of an icon set called Farm-fresh distributed by FatCow Web Hosting for free on their website (http://www.fatcow.com/free-icons) Coding : I can do te PSD > XHTML conversion but I don't think I would be able to do it in your timeframe.. I'm overbooked untill the end of october.. but if you can wait untill then, there is no problem.
  11. Hey everyone... WHMCS seems to be exactly what we're looking for but before going further we need to know if there is a way to show the cart content on our external website.. you know.. a bloc inside our website showing the items on the cart with the total price... Thanks
