Hi webkami, This post is very informative. I got hacked exactly the same way. I was using 5.0.2 at that time. I went through each step to cleanup and carried it out.. Now am using 5.0.3. It was download fresh from WHMCS. It went on fine, however i have a problem now. When i login to Admin panel and goto Clients and then click on DOMAINS to see all the domain names registered by that partiular client, i get a blank page. /admin/clientsdomains.php?userid=XX It was working earlier before i was hacked. Any suggestions on resolving this issue.? P.S : Only other thing i did while cleaning up was to change the path. Earlier WHMCS was installed on : http://www.my-website.com/ccms Now it is installed on : http://client.my-website.com Any help would be appreciated. Regards, Sri

Hi All, Now that we have multi-currency support, i was wondering is there is a way so that we can pull and display the package prices on non-whmcs pages. The idea here is, i've a completely dedicated url xyz.com where i have installed WHMCS. It is configured to use USD and INR. (USD being primary) My hosting website is abc.com. Now as the exchange rates are being updated everyday, i can't keep changing the prices on the static website abc.com everyday. So i want to make it dynamic by pulling the package prices from whmcs so that whenever the prices are updated with the current exchange rates, it shd reflect on the static pages. Any other idea to implement this is also appreciated. Regards, Sri

Hi All, I've been using resellerclub (formerly DirectI) for registering domains for my customers since years. I've several customer account in there. Recently, started using WHMCS. As suggested, i created the customer account and added the domain order manually to the customer in WHMCS. While configuring the domain registrar earlier, i'd created a customer in Reseller Club and added the customer Id in WHMCS. (For example : 12345) A domain (xyz.com) registered by my customer last year was due to expire on 14-May-2008. The domain was still under the previous customer id and not the one i created to add it to WHMCS. I renewed, the domain from WHMCS interface and i also got an email to admin email address that the domain has been successfully sent to the registrar for renewal, but when i check the whois of the domain, the domain is not yet renewed. Can you guide me where am i making the mistake. If i want to manage the domains from WHMCS, do i have to move all the domains to the customer ID that i created for WHMCS..? Regards, Sriram

Hi, As of now, the color shades and css of the client pages are perfect. Only thing i would like to change is the name from WHMCS to my business name in the header banner. Is there a way that the source PSD files of the header will be made available so that i can retain the color scheme and change only the name in the header banner of the client side. Regards, Sriram

Ya i understand that. But my problem is i'm a reseller and will be out of office most of the time. I use my PDA to check the emails and reply to them. And at times, my laptop. So i wanted IMAP functionality which was available in Google Apps. So i'd to switch to them. And moreover, i'd configured it to most of my clients some having a user database of more than 1000 and they have been very happy with the facility what google is providing. I've never experienced any delays in emails. So i made a switch. But now i'm facing problems configuring WHMCS with google apps. Anybody else can advise if there is any alternate solutions to configure google apps with whmcs..? Regards, Sriram

Hi Matt, Thatz a gud admin page.. ofcourse as others said we are used to the old admin page and hence they are feelin lil uncomfortable without the left menu. Anyway, it is just an option rte. Anytime, we can revert back to the old template. Btw i remember you mentioning in one of the posts that the POP email import functionality for the tickets will be improved in V3.6.1 so that it will work with GOOGLE APPS. Has it been done..? would appreciate if it was fixed and released along this version. Many of using GOOGLE APPS and would require this functinality Regards, Sriram

Ya 3.6 was a good one. But i'm using Google apps for my site and seems like V3.6.1 supports importing emails through POP if the email system of the website is configured with google apps. Regards, Sriram

Hi All, I provide Linux hosting with cPanel & windows hosting service with H-Sphere control panel. I would like to have a centralized client area for the users. I don't have any problems with cPanel, but i'm not finding any solution to integrate H-Sphere. I dont mind if it is unable to create accounts automatially in H-Sphere as i can create them manually. But i should be able to use WHMCS for billing rather than H-Sphere built in billing. Any suggestions would be much solicited. Regards, Sriram
