Didn't receive any sort of maintenance notifications form eNom either.

Hi, I just realized that sometimes you don't want invoice overdue notices sent to *new orders* containing some text such as "Your service with us would be suspended anytime after this notice...etc". So I asked Matt and came up with the following solution : I understand the theory of how it works, but not really sure how to actually use it in my email templates. Can sometime point me out? Thanks!

I have already requested this feature 2 years ago, emails sent in Chinese Big5 encode (for example) will display as garbled text in the ticket page. But looks like they have no interest in developing this feature. This is what I received from them : The ticket URL isn't working anymore, so I only have what they replied since it will save a copy in my mailbox.

Nobody else having this issue?

We have configured SPF and DomainKeys on our server(and DNS recored), but emails sent from WHMCS just doesn't contain any DomainKeys signature. Does this mean WHMCS just doesn't work with DomainKeys? We tried Outlook and Webmail all has the DomainKeys signature included in mail header correctly. PS. We are using SMTP method. Any suggestions appreciated
