  1. You've done extremely well. I like it the page has substance and looks like it was well thought out. Good job. I also like your comprehensive server status. Regards Ben Camilleri Camotec Web Solutions
  2. Rob, I love your interpritation of WHMCS looks good. I would definetly personalise it some more so it dosen't looks like the Newave template for Joomla. as seen below. http://www.joomlademos.de/home?template=newave I think the praying mantis/robot type idea is good as lime, silver, white,& black go well together. Cheers Ben
  3. I like your header graphics and layout. very nice. just change those colour like the other guys said before to tie WHMCS into your design. I agree to what was said before, I recommend re-writing the about page again, and maybe get someone to go over it and correct grammar etc. Just so you come across professional. My only other gripe is.... and I am picking here. the Intel logo is the really old one, go to Intel's website and grab the new one. they even have press information and logos for download. so you can make sure your representing the company correctly. as I say just picking but i think it is important to convey yourself as professional if thats what your trying to be. Regards Ben Camilleri Camotec Web Solutions ( Under a rework now that I have WHMCS )
  4. I think it looks good but one thing bothers me and thats the nav bar and it might just be me but the nav drop downs dont work in firefox among other browsers. it works in IE7 & Safari. but I try to steer clear of scripts that can't offer the same experience to all customers. but as I say thats just an observation by me and as a whole I like your site. very tidy. Regards Camotec Web Solutions
  5. Hey Bear, Yeah i have it the same because I want the client link (when a user is logged in) to be that colour just not the breadcrumbs because I had a different background colour behind the breadcrumbs. but this is not the case now I have made the background the same and have decided to leave the breadcrumbs the same colour as the other links. Thanks for your help. Ben
  6. ok problem I have there is that I only get the full install option which is not right as I am only upgrading from 3.4.0 to 3.4.1 but that radio button is disabled?? go figure
  7. My Configuration.php file is intact. (I have a backup of it with all my templates etc. on my harddrive) From what I can see my page is working 100% and the Version is reporting as 3.4.1 However I didn't run the upgrade installer I just uploaded the files over the top of the ones on the server? Does this mean that I can just delete the install directory and it will work fine?
  8. I only used the changed file package? how can I check this, what is the config file called?
  9. I followed the instructions and got to Step 2 of the install and the installer is only giving me the New Install option? I am unable to choose the upgrade from 3.4.0 to 3.4.1 option. Can someone help me with this please? Cheers Ben
  10. Not too fussed on the noise but hey it dosen't bother me either. I would definetly recommend using an app like "FlashRelease" on your flash so people don't have to activate the flash in order to get it to work. (Well on Windows PC's anyways) highly recommended. use it myself on my clients sites with flash in them. Very Quick and Easy and the results are happier clients and browsing users. FlashRelease is a free utility, not sure where I got it from, but I have it in my downloads section on my website. here is the direct link: http://camotec.com.au/cc/downloads.php?action=displaycat&catid=2 (Please note my site is still under construction) Other than that, i like the site, very clean. 11. There isn't a setting out of the box. I am sure it could be modified though but what for as when you do a domain check the next page shows all of your TLD's and what is and isn't available. The client can check the tld(s) he/she wants to register and proceed with ordering it/them etc. Regards Ben Camotec Web Solutions
  12. Bear, I tried what you suggested and it didn't work. got me buggered I can not find out why. I double checked that I had the declarations in the style.css and the tags around the breadcrumbs in the header.tpl file and its no good? hehe Cheers Ben
  13. Ah... Good Stuff Thanks bear, I was contemplating dumping the breadcrumbs. I might keep them now. Cheers Ben
  14. Hey Guys, I am integrating whmcs into my site and I am having issues getting margins to work for the text on my site, it was designed to sit flush on the edge of the table but this does not suit my theme as the text sits on a grey background that butts against a dark red background. http://www.camotec.com.au/cc I have been right through the style.css file trying the margin settings etc. but with no luck. I know I can go into each template file and set a margin there but I am trying to avoid that if possible. Can someone please shed some light on this? Cheers Ben
