  1. In case anyone else is having this problem, all you need to do is: Not too bad.
  2. I have it set up so that potential clients can register for my site, separate from ordering. A potential client emailed me today and tried to sign up but this error came up (I had to recreate the issue myself to test it): But I'm not sure how to make the security question field show up on that page. The questions have already been set in the admin section. And they do show up when placing an order. I upgraded to 4.0.2 but that was as soon as it was available. I'm not sure if this issue has been in play since then, and no one's told me. So I'm glad someone did finally. I also tried a search and nothing was coming up. Thank you!
  3. I am almost positive that my clients end up pressing the button to process their initial order multiple times, which causes multiple invoices to be processed by WHMCS. Is there any way to prevent this? Such as placing some text on the order form page that says "processing your order, please do not hit the submit button again" or something? It is very time-consuming for my clients to inform me that there are multiple invoices, and for me to cancel them. Or am I missing this in the documentation already provided? It's been a long day, lol.
  4. Does WHMCS rebill clients automatically for ID protection? Or do I have to do that manually? It charged them properly for their first year, but my clients generally purchase their domains yearly. So when their account is up for renewal the next year, will they be invoiced for ID protection renewal as well?
  5. and now I don't remember what string to use. As in, what do I put in the box for "command to run" in cPanel?
  6. I figured it out, but it didn't list the duplicate order under Orders. In case anyone else has the same problem... Go to Clients > Products/Services > Domains > Choose duplicate order from dropdown box > At bottom, click red text that says "Delete." A dialog box will popup and ask the following: "Are you sure you want to delete this hosting account? This will also remove all Addons that have been purchased for this account but will not terminate it on the Server" You're all done.
  7. During my manual import of accounts, WHMCS added the same order twice to one customer. How do I remove the second one without terminating the first one?
  8. Hello, I am manually importing my clients and their orders from Whois.Cart. My question is this: How do I add a domain a customer purchased through me to their client profile in WHMCS? Additionally, if they purchased the domain for free, how do I note that it was free? Thanks!
  9. ^^ I agree. So many promises of Silverstar (which was promised to blow every other similar product out of the water), plus you have to pay to use Auracle (their ticket support system that works in conjunction with Whois.Cart). But WHMCS combines all of that, and for a decent price too. So I guess that's my only option at this point: manual import. Small price to pay, I suppose. Good luck to the others who manage to get their hands on the import script for Whois.Cart. I'm off to import.
  10. Any word on the import script for Whois.Cart yet? I just installed WHMCS and I'm really impressed with what I see so far, and now I'm itching to get my clients over so they can start using it.
