when clients to try change their password after login the save button disable i set up password strength above 50 but i am facing this error i don understand how to modify passwordstrength.tpl please help how to enable this button and client able to change their password

I contacted my hosting provider they told me you have error log Smarty Error: Authentication/Authorization Fail i think my custom template issue but i change it to template six It showing blank on default six template i do not know how to fix it please help me
