just a simple .com and its strange. Because other domains work just fine, I've tested it on the default theme to make sure that wasn't it. It was not. I have also reached out to the email module developer and I have been told the issue is not related to their module.

This was in fact checked, I have unchecked and saved but I'm still receiving the error The domain you entered is not valid

I'm using a mail addon that allows me to sell email hosting for domains. On the order form it will not accept the customers domain for his email address. I'm assuming this is because the system checks it as taken since they have already purchased that domain and they are using it on a hosting account. How can I make the order form accept their domain? I'm new to WHMCS and I've been researching modules for months. There are so many companies. Some of which don't have the best reviews. I also want to avoid buying modules from ten different websites. So my question is. For a hosting provider, what module development websites have the best support and will add the most value to my business. I'm looking for opinions here. If your endorsing your own company please say so. Thanks!
