Ioncube Error

The error has been fixed. It appears that IONCUBE was enabled in one part of WHM but NOT in another.. ODD since Sofatculus uses it as well but.. It's working now Thank you for the help! -

I keep getting this error: Site error: the ionCube PHP Loader needs to be installed. This is a widely used PHP extension for running ionCube protected PHP code, website security and malware blocking. Please visit get-loader.ioncube.com for install assistance. but it is in fact installed and running under PHP 7.2 and I even tried 7.3 can someone please help me with getting this to work.. Thank you

My section only has 7.2 and 7.3 and I changed it to both but still get that error was there anything further you had to do to make this work?
