  1. The problem was caused by some unused references to Directi stored in the tblregistrars database table. As soon as I deleted them, the problem was solved.
  2. Yes, i had it enabled, years ago. But now Directi is not enabled and there is no domain with Directi as a registrar. Is there a way to do not be displayed?
  3. I'm stuck. I can't find where the list of registrars in the selection is, in Client Profile > Domain tab. In my case, I am referring specifically to Directi. In Setup > Products/Services > Domain Registrars, Directi does not exist.

  5. I have had serious issues with their support. Indeed the do not respond. Total radio silence.
  6. I was wondering if there is a way to automatically set the initial status of a ticket, when opened from administrators, to a custom one: let's say, Message from the Company. Till now, when the admins open a ticket, its status is Opened, and then we have to set manually the status to the custom one.

  12. Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to set the order in which Admin Widgets will appear in Admin Home page.
  13. In client area, when a client navigates to clientarea.php?action=contacts (when he has at least one contact) or to clientarea.php?action=security (if sign in has been enabled for him) is getting the following message: Whmcs 7.6.1 Any idea?
