I have two custom fields created using the Friendly Display Name as show in the documentation here. https://docs.whmcs.com/Custom_Fields
Both display correctly on the website, but in the email template they are not displaying. Removing the friendly display name and just using "Username" works! How can I get the friendly names to work, as they are needed to clarify what the customer needs to fill out. Thank you.!
