after a lot of search, currently my problem has not been solved. can anyone help me?

Hi I have a strange problem with php echo command. For testing addon modules, i installed whmcs sample provisioning module and issued "echo 'hello world'; " in _ConfigOptions function right before return array. But output of echo is not showed. Where is the problem or where did i mistake? Regards
