  1. Hi all, I have a cloudflare problem with WHMCS in this link. Anyone with the same experience or know a solution to this issue? I will raise a ticket to this issue to WHMC shortly. just confirming if there is an easier way to address this rather than going to WHMCS support Thanks
  2. Hi Any news? Please advice or you think this should be raised to WHMCS
  3. Hi again, Any chance of having the same experience with me? Cheers
  4. @steven99 Yes the number is accepted by WHMCS. Yes that is what i suspect as well. I am using affordable domains at the moment. Ok I will contact both WHMCS and my domain name re-seller provider. Thanks for the link.
  5. Hi I am having some problem when ever I am using the cloudflare free account. My reseller website is working well without cloudflare. meaning, if I test the site to buy a domain coupled with hosting. the transaction is always successful. emails are generated, hosting account is provisioned automatically including the domain name. However, I did set up a cloudflare account to protect my hosting site but upon activating. the site is loading fine. navigation across all products is smooth. The problem comes in whenever I tried to test the site by purchasing a live service. The first error that I have encountered is Error 525 SSL handshake failed. I have a let's encrypt SSL from the reseller hosting and seems the problem is between cloudflare and my hosing account. This error, I actually solved it by generating cloudflare origin cert. My question is if this is the correct way to do it and that If I no longer need to do anything in the host. I understand this has been fixed, I am just concerned that there maybe other issues around here waiting to be uncovered assuming this is not the right way to do it. The second error I have encountered after fixing error 525 is Error520. This is webserver returning error. I tried purchasing a plan from my reseller and everytime I click complete order, the error appears. I checked my WHMCS and the account has been created. In WHMC the status is pending. Do I need to do anything here like change my server settings or cloudflare settings? Thanks Luis
  6. Hello everyone!
  7. Hi I I have been trying to troubleshoot the error I am getting everytime I am transferring a domain using WHMCS. I have tried all possible phone number format including the one suggested by the error alert but still same error massage as per screenshot is showing up. I tried opening a ticket in wHMCS but it doesn't allow me as my account is a free account from hosting reseller. So I am trying my luck here in this community in case anyone may have the same issues before. Also I am using two different resellers for different types of TLDs Below is the scenario I have done Domain reseller A: Transfer initiated for .com from provider A to my WHMCS with registrant contact format of +64 211 12345 Outcome is successful Domain reseller B: Transferred .co.nz from provider B to my WHMCS with registrant contact of +64 211 12345 outcome is error occurred. error is advising to change format to 64 9 1234567 - I did change the format as suggested and still getting the same error. I also tried all possible format but still not successful. One testing I have done as well is that I tried transferring one of my .co.nz directly to my domain reseller account from their website without using the WHMCS with contact details of the registrant being +64 211 12345. I am thinking This has something to do with the integration between WHMCS and Domain reseller and that the reseller. Appreciate for any help on this. Thanks Luis
