Thank you for reply. I'm using TicketOpen and TicketOpenAdmin hook for my code and it works. But I need to do same task when user opens ticket by sending email to department's email. As I see in the description of TicketOpen it only fires when user opens ticket from admin area.

Hello, Currently I'm using hooks TicketOpen and TicketOpenAdmin both of them gives me ticketid. I need same ticket ID when importing/piping emails to department as tickets. TicketPiping not giving it. Have you any idea how to get it? Thanks
