Anyone able to shed a little light on how to set this up? The customer gets billed for the dedicated IP address fine, i am just trying to figure out how when the account is setup on the server, it sends the command to use a dedicated IP address with the account

Has anyone been able to configure WHMCS to be able to sell and automatically setup a dedicated IP for a hosting acocunt? I have added it to configurable options like in the screenshot BUT when the customer chooses to purchase it, WHMCS does not automatically set it up on cPanel Has anyone been able to accomplish this without having to purchase additional WHMCS modules?

I have gone and installed WHMCS and I am finding the following when cron is running cron.php, I get an email that states: Critical Error Could not connect to the database" It runs fine when I run it as a command line, just not when crontab runs it. Running latest WHMCS on a cPanel server
