It was because i was trying to have two different addons with different feature managers in WHM in the same order. I now see this cannot be achieved my fix for this was as my product addon was a security feature was to add a third party addon instead of using another product i had manually created. Steven

Hi, I am new to WHMCS and wondered if someone could help me. I have created a product addon. When testing this in my test account i am trying to purchase a product and an addon but i get the following error when trying to accept the order "(XID um3rbp) A DNS entry for “test.com” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. If i just accept the prooduct addon without the product this works but i want to be able to accept my product and product addon under the same domain. How can i stop this error? Thanks
