Hi, customer has cancelt his hosting package with free domain. I say to him if we cancel it we have to delete the domain - he wants to keep the domain. How can I change it? Should I just refund the amount of the hosting part - or should I create new order and set it manual to paid status? In WHMCs its not possible to jsut change it in background. Just upgrade or downgrade of hosting packages are possible. Regards Christopher Rau AppleNet Hosting
