  1. Same thing is happening to me. Module log is not showing anything. I assume that the log is written after getting an answer from the remote API and because nothing is returned due to the timeout, no registry is written. cPanel's log isn't showing anything in particular, either.
  2. Hey there. Just stumbled upon this community on a Google search and I'd like to answer you in case someone else gets to this problem. If you want to use ServiceSingleSignOn (that is, the Sign On from a service details page) you need to assign a server to said service. If you do not you won't be able to use that feature. Regards,
  3. Hello there, According to the [official documentation](https://docs.whmcs.com/Clients:Contacts_Tab#Billing_Contact) regarding billing contacts: > A billing contact is used where the name/address an invoice should be sent to differs from the main account and/or the name/address of the card holder that will be paying the invoice is different (if using a merchant gateway). A billing contact is first created here, then it can be selected from the Billing Contact dropdown menu under the Profile tab. As it is now, if you have a contact on a different country the invoice is generated with the proper name and address, but it is not applying the new tax rules. Is this the intended behavior or is it a bug? Kind regards, Héctor
  4. Hey there! Everytime I see a patch I notice how any internal library version changes are published on the changelog. Is there a place where the different versions for every external library is documented for each WHMCS version? If not, does anyone know which version of the Eloquent ORM is WHMCS using on their 7.5-7.7 branches? Thank you and kind regards, Héctor
  5. Hey there! I was wondering if you guys are doing something special to trick your IDEs into recognizing WHMCS internal classes functions. Right now I'm using PHPStorm with the encoded version of WHMCS and whenever I'm trying to use documented internal classes (for example: the database Models) I'm getting tons of errors that tell me that those classes do not exists. This happens, I assume, because PHPStorm can't dig into encoded files. This makes the process of writing error-free code a little harder than usual. Do you have any advice on how to overcome this? Kind regards, Héctor
  6. This has been pending moderation for a while now. Is it normal?
  7. Hello everyone. First timer here. First of all: congratulations to the WHMCS team for the nice little community that they have managed to create. Cheers! With that being said, I've been having a strange issue which I wanted to show you, just in case someone faced it previously. The thing is: some of our hosting renewal invoices are not being generated. This happens on some invoices, not on all of them. Products and customers are properly setup, the cron is running and no obvious server issues are to blame. I've been struggling with this for a while and I found out that the invoices not being generated are attached to a service on the "tblhosting" table with a "nextinvoicedate" equal to "0000-00-00". The services being properly renewed do have this value set up. After reading the entry for Billing Logic on WHMCS documentation it seems that this field is only used if the Continuous Invoice Generation option is enabled. Nevertheless, we have it disabled, so according to the beforementioned billing logic documentation, it should not be being taken into account to create new renewal invoices (the "next due date" field should). Can someone clarify if this is normal? maybe I misunderstood the documentation or it is not entirely accurate? can you offer me some insight to find out the culprit for these database entries with empty "nextinvoicedate"? There's also a similar topic here. I didn't reply to that one to avoid mixing things up.
