We are looking for some clarification related to the Payment Method on the Client versus the Payment Method on Products & Services for a Client.
WHMCS allows Payment Methods to be set both in the Client Profile and each Product & Service.
Since these fields exist it is expected that, for example, if a Client is set to Credit Card and a Product/Service they have is set to Check/Other that specific Product/Service should not automatically be charged to their Credit Card. This is how we would like it to function.
If that is not the case, why even have a Payment Method for each Product/Service?
Can anyone provide insight on this as we cannot find a straight answer in the documentation or anywhere we attempted to search online (maybe we are searching for the wrong thing?).
I
