hey, I have a problem with ticket submitting, after submitting a ticket it goes to /submitticket.php?step=4 to confirm that ticket has submitted but I am using WHMCS friendly URLs so I defined that /success shows the customer that page, but after submitting the ticket it automatically goes to /submitticket.php?step=4, so how should I define that where it should go after submitting the ticket? if anyone could help me, I would appreciate it.
