I have noticed that some script is registering as a client on my "register form" while i have reCAPTCHA on the register form, this is happening again and and again. How can i correct this problem and stop it. Have attached screenshot for more insight.

I activated "Invisible" recapture on whmcs but am getting error "ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key" and I cannot login to admin panel correct this. Kindly help me to login back to the admin panel and put back the normal "visible recapture. Below is the screenshot of the error. In short I cannot login
