That's the problem I can't submit a ticket!

Hi, I can't access to the client area, I don't have the two-factor authentication code and don't remember getting one, also I don't recall have a backup code. I have my user and password but I can't access anyway. I can't get technical support because of that, I don't know what to do! Thank You
