  1. I wanted to thank you guys for the replies. I am currently ending the account with my previous host due to service and quality issues. I am currently configuring and moving to personal dedicated servers. I hope a fresh start will clear up the issues, if not I will try the suggestions shared here. Thanks again.
  2. I have been working on an email to send out to clients. I have worked on this email for hours and clicked send. I get an error message (You must enter a message to send) and all my work gone, didn't save like it should. Now I know it works some times and sometimes not. I did include a very detailed message with links, images, and a subject just like normal. I have also been able to send test messages with links, images and subject. Anybody know what could be the issue?
  3. Thank you for the helpful information. This is going to be much easier than I was allowing myself to believe.
  4. My current setup is a reseller hosting account with host provided whmcs account. My provider can't or won't upgrade my PHP version in order to keep everything up to date. I want to change host or set up onsite servers to handle my sites. I would like to take over or keep the same whmcs account and configurations. Is this something that can be done myself, or will I be setting up a whole new account from the beginning. Thanks in advance.
  5. Thank you for your response. I corrected conflicting info used while setting up an additional server. This issue has been resolved and is again working correctly.
  6. I was hoping someone could help point me in the right direction. I set up a domain registrar account inside whmcs, so far so good. I had a customer sign up and the first issue appears, The confirm email link sent to member did in fact confirm the email but took member to 404 error page. Next the user has logged on and purchased a domain only. This was successful, however, once again customer receives an email, this time it's the RAA confirmation email with again a link leading to 404 page. This link did not confirm the information. The errors I get are: cpanel: None WHMCS>application Links>cpanel 1) Server ID3 Connection Error:Server Response:null [For this error I have checked the server connections and all are good.] 2) API failure: You do not have access to an account named *********. And proceeds to list 15 six digit XIDS. [i am at a complete loss with this one and search has turned up nothing.] This one has got me stumped.
