Image shown? There is no image or characters... Quickly getting frustrated. UPDATE: Found the secret fields to fill out...ticket in. Thank you for your help.

I can do that. It is a Reseller license, and the company has not been helpful, thus why I came here. Is it OK to open a ticket with that license, or am I at their mercy?
