HTTP Eror 500, after update to V7.1

Hi I get the http error 500 after updating to v7... I tried to add $display_error ='true'; on configuration.php but the http error continue, I cannot even get into the admin area - - - Updated - - - I also checked the error log on the cpanel, no error displayed... I then changed the php version to 7.1 with ioncube... still I see the http error 500
