  1. I have several packages that are kind of like templates. Each package requires different files, pictures and directories to be preloaded. I can use the cPanel-skeleton feature but there is only one and I need multiple skeletons, one for each package, is this possible?
  2. It might still be helpful to share your experience.
  3. I have submitted a ticket so if I get a good answer I will post it back here as well.
  4. Matt, I agree with you about the other guy but mine is not what the other guy said and since I opened this thread I need this fixed. I have tried typing and cutting and pasting and neither works in IE but both works just fine in FireFox. I really need to get this fixed. Should I just submit a ticket?
  5. I am having the same problem but with PayPal.
  6. This is a strange one. I only use FireFox so was not aware of the problem until I published my site live. My first client indicated they could not login so I checked their account, then using their info logged in just fine. I called them up and told them all was ok but they insisted that they could not login. To make a long story short I found out they are using Internet Explorer so I tried it and sure enough it won't let me login either. FireFox works IE does not. I personally never use IE but since it is still the predominant browser I need to get this fixed. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
  7. Carl, Yes I have that turned on but thanks for the quick reply. I guess for now I will just have to warn my customers to ignore the Not Paid until I can figure this out.
  8. I have everything set up in WHMCS and have added a service for sale. The problem I have is that I have created a testing account and through that account ordered the service and all works fine until the final stages The invoice is shown and it says unpaid with a button below to pay. When you click the pay button it takes you to PayPal, you enter your info and pay for the service. Now there is a link on PayPal that says "Return to Merchant", when you click on that it takes you back to the invoice created by WHMCS but still says unpaid. The website is setup and created properly and PayPal does in fact charge their account and I receive and email from PayPal indicating I've got cash. The problem is that either PayPal is not sending the info to WHMCS indicating the payment or WHMCS is not processing the info to show it is paid. I can for now process the payments manually but would like to know how to make this fully automated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
