I have changed the SMTP Host to the new server and I am trying to send a test e-mail out. It said it completed successfully, but I receive no e-mail from the server see attached screen shot. This is new to me I finally updated to a VPS so I need to get this working as soon as I can. Please Advise

I have access to all departments listed but still can not access the ticket, nor delete it

I am having a problem viewing a ticket. It says I have one, but when I click to view it I do not see it. (See Screen Shot): Any ideas?

Hello, I need to figure out why a payment is showing up as Invalid Receiver Email in the gateway log. I also need to know how to mark an invoice as paid. The invoice is paid and is shown in my paypal account but there is no way (or none that I can see) that I can mark it as paid in my WHMCS. Is there a way I can mark it as paid so my client does not get shut off again? Also, every time paypal sends me a message it shows up in my billing department. Is there a way to shut that off

I re installed 7.0.2 and all is working. Not sure if I want to mess with 7.1, why would I have to change the cronjobs in 7.1? They have worked till the new update -

I do not know what I am looking for it all looks the way it did when I first set it up. I have contacted support to see if they can work with me on it to see if anything pops out to them but being new to this and the fact that I do not know what I am doing I need someone to walk me through it -
I am having problems with my 7.1 not sending crons report and it is not telling our staff when a new ticket is created if they use the WHMCS submit ticket area. Now if they send it to our e-mails we get it. Any reason as to why this is happening? I have two screen shots that should make it easier for people to see the warnings and errors i have, maybe someone can help me

I have a client who paid, but the invoice is not showing paid. How do I fix that. Last night it suspended the account and I am afraid it will do it again if I do not figure out how to mark it to where it will show as paid

Hello, We have a client that signed up yesterday. They paid and the invoice is marked as paid but it is not showing up in the admin summary. Is there a setting in which I can change to make that show up. I have attached a few screen shots so you can see what I am talking about. Now it does show that I have money when I go into view all invoices. But it does not show up in the admin summary (see attached screen shots. Please advise me on what I need to do. Also, the new client did not show up on my cron job when it ran this morning. Is this normal?

Yes I am getting the following error when I send a direct email to my support department. I am running Version 6.3 I think. This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. I am having the same issues with my WHMCS they are not being sent and I did what you asked above and not getting any errors and still not getting emails to staff. We are running version 6.3 I have tried to talk to tech support about this issue and they say everything is fine, but my staff is not getting notifications of the new or replied to tickets. Thanks -
Is there a tutorial video that will show me how to configure WHMCS an WHM? I need to get this set up so I can add packages the easy way. I am new to WHMCS and I looked in the video tutorials and did not see one. I need to configure WHM to speak with WHMCS - - - Updated - - - Subscribed to this thread
