I tried now to upload the file and add it, and the process was successful. I went to the file manager and found that the file had been uploaded in its place. I went again and deleted it from the Downloads section then looked at File Manager and found it had been deleted. This means uploading and deleting is worked. I also tried the file download link WHMCS produced before deleting it worked fine. But when entering the downloads page, at every step, the same error appears. Thanks for sharing with me.

When the error appeared, the file was not in its old directory. I thought exactly as you think, and I went to the control panel and deleted everything that was uploaded to make sure that there was no trace of any file in the database. And the problem didn't solve. After writing your first response, you uploaded the file to its correct path. It also did not work. Now I tried to add the file again with the old directory, but there is no option to add external links.

No. Please note that I have only changed the domain name. It means the old domain name for example olddomain.com And the new newdomain.com The link that appears on the page shows the old link, not the new one. olddomain.com/files/prog/putty.zip And I actually uploaded the same file to the same path in the old domain. However, it did not work and the error message did not change.

Hello, Thank you for your answer. It was already deleted. However, I uploaded the file and the page did not work. What to do?

Hello, I have a problem clicking on the download page. I changed the domain name a while ago. When I try to access the download page, the following errors appear: Oops! Something went wrong and we couldn't process your request. Please go back to the previous page and try again. If the problem persists, please contact us. « Back to Homepage For additional assistance, please reference the WHMCS TroubleShooting Guide » League\Flysystem\FileNotFoundException: File not found at path: http:/www.olddomain.biz/files/prog/putty.zip in /home/site/public_html/vendor/league/flysystem/src/Filesystem.php:388 Stack trace: #0 /home/site/public_html/vendor/league/flysystem/src/Filesystem.php(327): League\Flysystem\Filesystem->assertPresent('http:/www.olddomain...') #1 /home/site/public_html/vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/File/StorageErrorHandlingTrait.php(0): League\Flysystem\Filesystem->getSize('http:/www.olddomain...') #2 /home/site/public_html/vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/File/StorageErrorHandlingTrait.php(0): WHMCS\File\Filesystem->wrapStorageCall('getSize', Array) #3 /home/site/public_html/downloads.php(0): WHMCS\File\Filesystem->getSize('http://www.olddomain...') #4 /home/site/public_html/downloads.php(0): createDownloadsArray(Object(PDOStatement)) #5 {main} Can someone tell me the cause of the problem and how to solve it? Thanks

Hello, When trying to access some pages in the admin area, such as the Apps & Integrations page Or License Information It will redirect me to the home page. When I approach the mouse button, it appears to me that I will be directed to the file directly, and this is an example https://www.mydomain.com/admin/apps When I click on the link, I am directed to the main site page. After searching, I found that the link should appear like this: https://www.mydomain.com/admin/index.php?rp=/admin/apps I tried copying and pasting admin/index.php?rp=/ admin/apps After the domain name and it worked fine. Same case with License Information: https://www.mydomain.com/admin/help/license https://www.mydomain.com/admin/index.php?rp=/admin/help/license I do not know if the matter is repeated with other pages, but I think so. How can I fix that? Best Regards.

Strange symbols appear in whmcs 7.6.1
HaNi Ghaith replied to HaNi Ghaith's topic in Installation, Upgrade, and Import Support
Hello Brian, I actually called them. But I managed to solve the problem before getting an answer from them. I found that the problem was caused by compressing CSS files as I compressed them to reduce site requests to increase page response speed. I restored my backup copy and everything worked fine. Thank you always. -
Strange symbols appear in whmcs 7.6.1

Hello Brian, Thank you for your response. Obviously, the problem is with the template. I changed the custom theme to the Six theme and those icons did not appear. What is the appropriate modification to repair a custom mold? Best Regards. -
Hello, That's what I really do. But it turned out that there were so many files I had to change the name of the folder modules to another name and upload the entire folder from version 7.4.1. I noticed there were many problems here and there but after changing the entire folder all ended. Now uploads the required modules after uploading their latest update. Best Regards.

Hello, First, let me thank you. The Zomex employee has already fixed the bugs and now the site is working fine. But this message remains: Oops! Something went wrong and we could not process your request. Please go back to the previous page and try again. And nothing else other than that message when you click on the Edit Product icon. Can the cause be determined? thank you.
