In the package they are buying do you have the option selected to set the account up once payment has been made? You have to select the box for every product I think.

I think you need to terminate them first though before you delete the client. I could be wrong on that one though. It may do both for you. Worst case if you delete the clients and accounts are still in WHM mass terminate them there.

I am not quite sure but Matt never seems to sleep much. I pretty much think he is a working / programming freak. But i am not complaining as the product is awesome and the support cannot be matched anywhere on the Web.

Is the Demo area working today? I cannot seem to gain access to it.

That is easy to do within the system. All you need to do is create a promotion for the plan you want to make this offer with like this. Create a promotion for a one time special of 7.00 and make it available for the plan that normally costs 10.00 a month. Then intruct the new customers to use that code you made and that they have to select the 10.00 a month plan and they have to pay monthly. You can put the instructions in your news section or on your main page somewhere. There might be an easier way to do this but this is one was to do this for sure.

Promotions will be able to apply to certain payment terms only (ie. offer 10% off when paid yearly) Matt is the just a change or will we only be able to do this? Is the other promotion types i am currently using going to change?

Has anyone done this and i mean paid for the service? Is it worth it do you have a recomendations on who to use?

Matt I should probably put this in the feature request but it pertains to this subject. If you can do this with the system how hard would it be to add the current usage of the bandwidth and storage that the client is using? Can you do like a bar graph or pie graph or something. (harder i am sure so text only would be good enuogh) It would be nice if the customer could see this in there client area and if we could see this in the admin area? Oh and what do you mean that this may not make the 2.4 build? I thought you were like super programmer or something. I am sure you are not to busy to do all this stuff at one time. Just Kidding i am sure that 2.4 will be great with all of the features that do make the list.

Well that is just one more step in making the system even better than it already is. 2.4 sounds like it is going to be great.

Paypal gateway is for the subscription service which will automatically make payment with there Paypal account. Paypal Invoices gateway is just as it sounds i think. Your customer will get an invoice for a payment to be made with Paypal. This is not automatic so the customer must execute the payment on there own. I think this is how it works but i could be wrong. I use the Paypal gateway but you can use both if you want.

yep I agree with TJ make an addon for them or a few addons for extra space. Then all you have to is go into WHM and click on Quota modification and look for the account in question. Then change it to what ever and save and you are done. This is pretty easy to do. I am pretty sure this is how you do it. Very simple if i am correct. Matt is the expert though so he may have another way.

I think if you have access to WHM so you can create accounts for customers than you have the access you need to use this system. Matt will probably give you a more detailed answer. On another note i cannot express how much i like this system and how much Matt is willing to help customers. The support is worth the money alone and the system with the support makes it that much better. You cannot go wrong here.

What does the remote access key actually do? What will not be able to do without it?

What type of addons are you guys using in your system with manage addons feature. I am trying to get ideas of how everyone else is using the system so i can make sure i am getting the full benefit from it. So speak up and give the rest of us some good ideas.

I do have Enom setup and i enabled the enom system and when you go through sign up it gives you all the options but how do you get paid. I am using Paypal but when i did a test run it Paypal only wanted to charge me for the cost of the hosting package. How does the customer actually pay for the domain registration and i have the drop box with the prices in it and selected one of them. Maybe i missed something but when it went to paypal it was only charging me for one month of hosting. Can anyone or Matt explain the process to me with a little more detail of how the system interacts with enom? Thanks

Well i just signed up for enom reseller so i could offer domains. I do not think there is alot of profit in it unless you pay there larger fees to your per domain cost down. I think it is a very helpful tool to keep your customers at your site all the time. Godaddy is pretty hard to beat price wise but a good selling point is if they regisiter threw you you can give them a discount or something to compete with Godaddy and then you are able to help manage the domain and change nameservers much easier. This is what i think about enom so far oh and there service is great and they are really helpful. Almost as much as Matt.

What does this mean and what can you do with it. I have not tried it yet. Enter a subdomain here to allow a subdomain to be used with this package (Format: .yourending.extension) Is anyone using this option or knows what it does or what the benefit to using it might be?

Matt and the live chat support is great. I could not have gotten better support yesterday when i was having some issues and needed some help and guidence. The company is great and the system is excellent. I will highly recommend this system to everyone.

I have server status enabled but it says that the server up time and server load are not available. How can i fix this?
