  1. Hi All A bit of a strange issue and I would appreciate any help I can get. I have an issue with my WHMCS sending emails. For the most part, they all seem to work. However ticket notification emails, such as New Ticket emails, New Reply emails etc don't send. I've checked the activity log and can see this error: Email Sending Failed - SMTP Error: data not accepted. (Subject: [Ticket ID: 580043] for purchasing VPS.) I've tried amending some settings but can't figure it out. All other emails (as far as I am aware) send fine, such as New Orders, VPS information etc... Edit: Thought I'd add on that I am using Office365 as my mail server. Any ideas? Cheers Mitchell
  2. Agreed, but I am not new to PHP/MySQL etc so it's not like I've gone in and dropped the entire database. Just difficult to correct myself when the code is encoded! I'll open a ticket, thanks for your help.
  3. Yes, it did show a value before. All I deleted was the data inside a few tables, as I wanted to "reset" the orders and such. The increments still started from a higher number (Order 11 or so), so could it be because order 1 doesn't exist? I can't see the code so I can't take a look into what should/shouldn't be there.
  4. Hi there, I have an issue with my WHMCS install. It won't show the pending orders at the top of the admin panel, however it will show the amount of support tickets that need replying and the amount of overdue invoices. (see image) When I first set it up, I tested everything was working by making some test orders. I then deleted these from the database, along with anything hat related to it (invoices etc). I can't seem to look at the PHP either because of the fact that it's all encoded with Ioncube:idea: Anyone got any ideas on how I can fix this issue? Many Thanks! - - - Updated - - - Please note that in the above picture, you would expect a number to the left of pending orders. It isn't there!
