I'm having the same issue. It looks like this is just being ignored? No solution for the most widely used mail client in the world?

Hi, I use POP3 import with Google Apps to pipe in support tickets. They come in fine, but have all the line breaks stripped out. This makes them almost totally unreadable. Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks!
