Hi, a domain is showing as expired but it has been renewed. I can't access the Client Area to look at the name servers as the log-in isn't working and I can't set a new password as the email address the reset password link goes to belongs to the domain that's showing as expired. How do I access my Client Area and why has the site gone down despite being renewed?
