Well I download 6.0.1 from here and thats the response i get while trying to install it, no previous version installed

Tried installing v6.01 using both 5.5 and 5.4, both at step 5 spit out a Internal Server Error. When I refresh the page it wants me to put the information into page 4 again but spits out a different error afterwards.
