Hi, i opened a ticket on Friday last week because of a huge problem with my installation. Today is the 4th day after submittig the ticket, and i never got any reply. This really sucks! I am a paying customer, and i'm actually very disapointed and asking myself if i'm using the wrong company! regards

It seems that the Kayako Integration was the problem. After disabling it, the error was gone. -

I upgraded to 6.0.1 but since then the apache process dies with zend_mm_heap corrupted when i try to use any of the pages outside the admin-panel. We use mod_php 5.4.43 for apache2 PHP 5.4.43 (cli) (built: Jul 11 2015 00:31:37) Copyright © 1997-2014 The PHP Group Zend Engine v2.4.0, Copyright © 1998-2014 Zend Technologies with the ionCube PHP Loader (enabled) + Intrusion Protection from ioncube24.com (unconfigured) v5.0.14, Copyright © 2002-2015, by ionCube Ltd.
