  1. To anyone that can help me solve this issue. I am having problems with the ticketing system in WHMCS. I follow instructions to setup. First I created the departments and emails for each of them. I tested the ticket system and with PHP configuration the ticket system got emails from customers and could reply with no issues. The problem with PHP configuration is that the email confirming the creation of the ticket arrived 1 to 4 hour later depending on the department. I spoke to WHMCS support and they told me to try SMTP and or talk to my hosting provider. While talking to them they helped me configure the ticket system using SMTP. Now the ticket confirmation arrives but when you reply from the ticket system to the customer it never arrives so is not working. Any help highly appreciated.
  2. Presto! that did it Thank you
  3. Correct.. But I need support from WHMCS. So you understand now the problem? I need to open a ticket
  4. I need to open a ticket for support. Is the client forum access different than the client access correct? I am using a inMotion reseller account with a leased WHMCS license. IN order to log in to the client area for support I need to create a log in. Only way is to purchase whmcs but I already have it. I need access or create a profile so I can have help regarding an issue with my WHMCS installation. Posted the request last week.

  10. So this last weekend I was testing the integration of my Wordpress site with WHMCS. I was testing the ticketing system and I think Ive got it right the configuration. I tested sending email to sales@myhostingcompany.com and boom ive got the email there. Then I went and replied to the ticket from the WHMCS Support section all good so far. But when I tried to reply once again to that ticket it never arrived. I did the same for Support and Billing emails and same issue. I manage to create the ticket via email and reply to it but then after once I reply to the ticket it never arrives. Anyone can point me out where to or what do I need to check on this issue? Highly appreciated.
