Hi, I installed my whmcs and I followed the further security steps and I moved the crons folder to the /home/cpanelusername/crons/ and then I modified paths at configuration.php at whmcs main folder to $crons_dir = '/home/cpanelusername/crons/'; and the confing.php at crons folder to my whmcs path : $whmcspath = '/home/username/public_html/whmcs/'; but when I tried to send a sales ticket as example to check if a ticket will be opened or not, I got this error at my sender email : So what will be the solution for that ?
