  1. Hi All, After I recently installed integrated and customized WHMCS, I went to my ISP and got an SSL certificate which required a dedicated IP address. Once that propagated, I can no longer get in to my Admin area. My account page shows my license is valid but the login page says the license is invalid. It shows my old IP address. Is there a way to change it to the correct IP. I submitted a support ticket to Host Gator. Aubrey

  3. Hi All! I tried to add some "news" to the members area. I went to the admin panel, support>announcements, added a new entry, saved and went to members area again and it didn't show up. Is there an obscure box to check to make News and Knowledge base display? Aubrey
  4. Well, I figured it out. The problem for me was in the response from support. One person from support said, "To install, simply unzip the contents of the attached .ZIP file and then upload the folder from it to the /templates/ directory of your WHMCS installation." But it didn't work. The template didn't show up in the Setup>General>Template dropdown. Replied to support and the new support guy said "I have uploaded the abcnethostSIX template to the /www/clients/templates folder in your FTP account (it wasn't there before, so it wasn't uploaded properly it seems) and confirmed you can now choose it under Setup > General Settings > General tab in the Template dropdown." Even the tutorial video shows it going into the folder I put it in. So now I actually have the template in two places (One is now a backup in case I screw something up.). I was then able to find the files I needed to make the edits I needed. All Is Well!!
  5. I just had WHMCS create a custom template for my wordpress theme. They did a good job, it looks great BUT I added a link to my main nav on my website called "members" which links to the client portal for WHMCS. It works perfect. From the client portal you can click any link in the main nav and it takes you to the page requested. Again works perfect. The problem is that I removed a tab to a page named "checkout" (it was just a dummy page I created in the beginning) in the WP Admin but it didn't remove it from my WHMCS template. I have no problem with the CSS of the template, but menus are edited in WP admin. So finally the Question: 1 Is the template connected to WP Admin? 2 How do I edit the main nav in the header in my WHMCS template? 3 Do I have to update my template style.css everytime I change something in my sites style.css? Maybe someone might understand what I am asking. It was my understandind (or misunderstanding) that as my site evolved, so would the template. Aubrey

  8. Hi Brian, I have three packages. One of them has $95.52 for 1 year, 171.84 2yr, 228.96 3 yr. This is the most expensive package. Less costly 66, 114, 142. These are just test numbers
  9. Hi All, Newbie here. I'm setting up pricing and having a problem in the shopping cart In the shopping cart, the list of "Choose Billing Cycle" there are five choices with correct prices. When you pick Monthly the "Order summary" is correct but when you pick 6 months it does not update the "Order Summary". When you choose Annual the "Order Summary" does update correctly. Then you choose either 2 years or 3 years the "Order Summary" does not update. What did I miss? Aubrey
  10. I have 4 hosting packages that are paid and showing in client area as they should. I also have a free plan for my 3 websites and my sons site. I want to import the accounts from WHM into WHMCS so I will be reminded when domain names are expiring as well as all the other stats, but I don't want the free plan to show up in the in the products list. How do I do that?
  11. Alex, thanks for that link. I followed that and was actually able to get a ticket open. Now the wait begins.
  12. I submitted the tickets through the support portal. I filled out all the logins they asked for and still on answer. Checked my account and it shows no open tickets. Checked junk mail, nothing there. - - - Updated - - - My account shows my license no. and invoices for other things in the past but no open tickets
  13. I have put in three support tickets in the last two weeks and have not heard back from support at all, not even an email saying my ticket was received, put in the queue or anything. How long does it take for support to answer? I even tried licensing support (I have an active license), then I submitted a ticket to Technical support, and then to Sales Support. Not even a single automated reply saying my information has been received and a ticket opened. I see you are able to pay $30 to move up in line but if 1000 people did that I would be in place 1001 and still not know if and when I can get any answers. So, how long does it take to get support?
