I have put in three support tickets in the last two weeks and have not heard back from support at all, not even an email saying my ticket was received, put in the queue or anything. How long does it take for support to answer?
I even tried licensing support (I have an active license), then I submitted a ticket to Technical support, and then to Sales Support. Not even a single automated reply saying my information has been received and a ticket opened.
I see you are able to pay $30 to move up in line but if 1000 people did that I would be in place 1001 and still not know if and when I can get any answers.
So, how long does it take to get support?
