Is there a simple/easy way to cancel multiple services for multiple clients rather than opening each client account, clicking on the drop down menu, selecting cancel, clicking save for each individual account? (Select multiple clients, cancel each service under that client) - Is there an easy faster way to do this?

Ah okay, So then you "Create a new file" place in /includes/hooks/ folder (newfile.php) and place the code in it, and the info of where you want it (example from your piece of code there) Support for the support menu... Thank you for the info. That helps very much! Now I just need to get the client area "theme" wrapped around a new file.

I guess it would be "not". Do I need to create a new file somewhere? Do I edit a file ? Where exactly does one insert that piece of code at?

I went to add a new link into the menu in the clients area under "support". Is there a simple way to do this? Or is there a lot more to it, then something easy?

Yes, I was referring to in the admin area... When you click on a ticket, and the page you are viewing has your reply box, and you can see previous ticket replies below that... Having the clients group name listed there in their replies.

I'm pretty sure it's possible, but Is there a way we can get the clients group name beside their name in the tickets area? Either under their name or beside it (Under it might fit better) Also to add... having it viewable by staff only

There is no updated version, and the module is encrypted using ioncube, I've posted here in hopes that the creators would see. The last message they posted was to check their news page, follow their twitter and like them on Facebook, which there hasn't been any updates for Admin news, just pretty much everything else. It is still downloadable from their own website, but never updated, so still fails to work. Just thought I would post here, since it was the original post and the "support" area for this addon... But I did sent them a message on their site, so we'll see how that goes.

Hello, I was wondering if there has been any updates for this to work with WHMCS 6.0.x. As the current version doesn't appear to work correctly and gives a not found error message for dbconnect.php
