No the system was only adding the late fee if it was set to 2 days after. Any number after this it was not adding the fee to the invoice. However this was on the only version. I do not seem to hve any prblems with this now on the new 3.2.3

Please dont be upset that I have permission to have these logos on my site. * wheres urs again?* I do not just upload things on my page to make it look like i have sumthing to offer when I dont. If I did not have permission they would not be there. please show me the un-normal usage? *someone that can read and write* again i apologize that mines not through word where the customer has to download the file just to read it. I use frames for the purpose unlike ur page all the infomation you provide important or not is not all placed in one little area where the customer has to scroll allllll the way back to the top just to navagate to another page. Again. I dont just provide information on my site to make it look good. The information provided on my page is a fact. The information provided is straight up and to the point and not alot of non sence that is posted unlike some iv seen. Well must be urside of the world the page is still up and has been ever since i built it... Adam.. I do apologize sir... I figured it out after thinking about it and thinking back to the way the if and else work from when i did flash so I went back into the templete and did the {if $loggedin} inserted the templete code</p> {else} Must be logged in to view</p> {/if} works great.. thank you for you help adam..... Im new to php coding im use to doing everthing in html but working with whmcs is making me learn new things that im loving... Once i get my site up and running im gonna start to build a page all in php to learn it better...

didnt work all i get is Must be logged in to view then under it the page im trying to block from non clients...

ok I tried that and got an error so just tried the require("dologin.php"); yes it requires them to log in, however now the page i created will not load just reloads teh client area???

I have my late fee set to add to the invoice 3 days after the due date. For sum reason its not adding the late fee unless its set to 1 day after. Any suggestion?

I have made a custom cancelation page and added this to the main header.tpl. My question is what is the coding I need to make this page accessable ONLY once the client logs in? Also will this code go at the top of the cancel templete page?

This may sound like a stupid question but make sure if u havent already that the server settings in the product r set with the correct *Applies to Server Type* and the product name is the exact same as the whm product or *featured package* name... Also if you havent already... make sure that the manage server in admin->Configurations -> manage servers... that all that info is correct.... other then that bra im clue less but im sure if thats not the prob ull be hearing from matt or uber or sumone else that can point to the prob..lol this is all i can think of myself as to y is wouldnt set it up and send the e-mail.....

Not sure if this is a bug or not..... I was looking at a acccount of mine thats due to be auto suspended.. In the server command area to suspend or what not theres an option to change password as well.... I put in a new password and click change password I get the message the p/w was changed however the old p/w shows back up.. I know i can change this inn my WHM manager but was wondering if this is just a bug or if that option just doenst work?

after the client *you in this case* place the order once you login to your admin area make sure that the send e-mails r checked before you click create account. also for the domain.com part... check they bandusage tab in your whm manager and see if it shows up there as it might not be showing up in the list accounts.. I was having this issue.

I had the same problem.. the way i corrected mine was it actualy told me what line the problem was on... the Tite I use for my page had a & i changed it to and..... works fine now
