Domain Name Transfer Priced at Negative (-$1.00) for 2 Years or More? Do I not understand something? The domain transfer pricing is negative -$1 if the customer chooses 2 years or more. What does that mean? Shouldn't it be the same as Registration? LOST

What is the recommended/best OS from these option to run WHMCS? And would the resources in the 2nd image be sufficient? All sites are hosted on a different much larger servers (4 VPSs) This would just need to run WHMCS and Frontend of same. Thanks, C

For November 1st invoices all clients were billed twice. The transaction records in WHMCS only show one but the total is double in "Gateway Balance". Stripe shows two charges for each client happening at the exact same time. Email confirmation only went out for one transaction from WHMCS. How in the world could this happen?

I done all this but Zapier is asking for an API Key? And the Identifier (i have) and Secret (i have) Where is this mystery API Key?

Not sure what to say. It's not a registrar thing 100% sure. It also happened with a hosting purchase by myself and then refunds right away. And it doesn't happen every time I do something using credit in my own account. Super weird.

Account has a credit balance > Ordered new domain > Chose "Use Account Credit" and everything worked fine. Now I see a charge in my bank, an authorized "payment intent" in Stripe and no transaction record in WHMCS Also the domain name isn't in Enom, yet, might just be a Cron thing, I'll know tomorrow. And yes I accepted the order already. Why is it even discussing this with Stripe and My bank when the "Use Credit" option is selected?? C

Bummer, I was looking for something very similar but with Email added in. Just register domain, get emails, and DNS access.

I want to have a product that requires the user to Register or Transfer a domain when purchasing. I'd like to get rid of the option "i'll use my own" entirely but can live without that. Is this possible?

Thanks for the reply. I did find that option but it seems like that is outgoing. It works for the incoming as well? I also found where and how it works in the DB but saving for last resort. Don't like messing with DB much. C

Order complete but can't accept it without EPP Code. Can't find anywhere to enter the EPP Code after the order has been placed without it being entered. Is there a way to enter the EPP code after the Transfer Order has been completed? Thanks

I've tried creating some product bundles for startups and it just doesn't work and intended or as intuitive as it seems. I'm trying to create a free domain name registration, hosting, and website creation for one price and it just doesn't work. I've added the products to a bundle and overridden the prices of registration but it asks the user to register the domain twice for some reason. Any way to change that behavior?

Although there is a credit balance in the account the Credit Card on file is being charged. What can I do to fix this or at least find the problem with it?

I'm trying to transfer in a .club TLD. The system doesn't see it as a domain that is registered. I am looking at it in my GoDaddy account. What can I do to enable the transfer of .club domains? I have been able to transfer .com domains just fine. Thanks, Christian

the invoice was for $22 (the amount for monthly hosting) and no, it was marked "unpaid". Is it possible to just add credit or apply another promotion code using the better method you outlined?

Good to know what I should have done and I'll do that from now on. In any event the problem is that the client was billed anyway... Is there an answer to my question though?

I did exactly as stated in the documentation but the client has been invoiced anyway. Fixed Amount, Checked the recur and put 2 in the box. This is for 3 months free to this client... I have the applies and requires set to the hosting product, nothing else is checked. The client received an invoice to pay...???
