I can't seem to get mail for the support tickets. If a person replies with the link to the web site, I get it and can see it. Also if they use a email client or sent a email directly to the specified email whmcs doesn't get it either.
If the just hit reply in their browser it does get sent to my email but whmcs doesn't pick up the reply.
I've tried the php cron and the smtp cron. Neither seem to do it. Although when I use the smtp cron setting I keep getting a automated email every 5 mins that is a real pain that says:
POP Import Log
Date: 15/07/2007 23:35:44<hr>
I really don't want to receive this every 5 mins, that's 12 per hour or 288 per day.
If someone could help me, or has any tips for getting this to work right I'd really appreciate it.
Version 3.12, whm/cpanel 11.6 on a vps server.
