After upgrading, renewing domain 500 error page

Yes I am also getting this error, when our staff assumed to be network issue did twice for many domains and all these got renewed for 2 years. Lot of inconvenience for us when such issues do come, hope WHMCS will learn from the mistakes, and any fixes should be emailed and displayed in their website. Bugs do occur one can understand but not let us know is not professional. We have 2 Owned Licenses that was effected. -
