Hello, I have activated 2FA and set to force to use. Now have mistakenly removed app from my mobile and lost the backup code. I have created a support ticket VIV-626493 more than 24 hours ago. But there is no reply to that ticket. Can anybody please help me that how can I now logged in into my admin area.???? Waiting for urgent help. Thanks
