  1. Thank you, I was thinking it would be one template and adjust page names slightly for each domain. I will check out ModulesGarden Bill.. .. .
  2. I would like to have my WHMCS on clientdomain.com. I would then like to have two domains (domainone.com and domaintwo.com) using two different templates with both of them going to the same client area. I am thinking of using individual page template names based on domain name. Then it would have one template for all three locations. Thoughts? Thanks.
  3. Thanks Lance, I just logged in to submit a ticket and my 1 year of support ran out 2 days ago! Go figure....
  4. I am having the same issue with the Enom Pro addin, did the files work for you? Where are they available at? Thanks, Bill
  5. What permissions does WHMCS require on the update folder since is should be outside the public directory?
  6. I would like to set up video tutorial pages for my clients. I would like the coding needed to control access to these pages. Essentially: IF the user is logged in && the user has purchased the product => Display Page ELSE Display the product sales page that is visible to the public I would like to do all of this on public facing page templates, however if it an only be accomplished using client area page templates, that would be ok as well. This is what I have been told needs to be done to make this happen: Create a product for non-hosting clients and let them buy it. Now query your database joining tblclients, tblhosting and tblpackages tables so that you are able to tell for all logged clients if they have right to view your custom page with training videos or not. Yes, simply have your custom WHMCS page check for an Active tblhosting record of packageid IN (list) I am ok with basic pages, however, what they mention is currently beyond my abilities. I am willing to pay for: the code that I would need to add to the video pages to control access Instructions on where on a page to insert the code on the video pages as I set them up. Thanks in advance, Bill.. .. .
  7. John, Sorry for this second post. After my previous answer, it dawned on me what you meant. The 2 Factor Authentication takes the Support Operation to their My Account page to set up the 2FA. The Support operator does not have access to the My Account page by default in WHMCS. I went in and changed it so the Support Operator would have access to the My Account Page and everything is working fine now. Thank you, Bill.. .. .
  8. John, Here is the URL: https://mtkhosting.com/mtkadmin/accessdenied.php?permid=3 Here is the information displayed on the page in the screen shot: As I mentioned, in order to login after that occurs I have to clear the browser's cookies. I did change the roll of my techsupport login to Sales Operator and everything worked fine. So it appears it is only occurring when I have the role set to Support Operator causes this to occur. Bill.. .. .
  9. Hello, I have an Administrator set up in the Support Operator role. All has gone well until now. I purchased the TOTP 2 Factor Authentication from WHMCS some time back for using Google Authenticator (I get very few tickets so yesterday was the first time this Adnin had to log in in a while). When I set the Administrator to Support Operator and I have the Enable for Staff checked in the TOTP 2FA, I get an Access Denied error. This error page remains instead of the login until I clear the cache in my browser. This has happened with Opera, Chrome and Firefox. I also have the Force Administrators to use 2 Factor Authentication checked on the bottom left side of the page as well. I am using WHMCS 5.3.11. Any help would be appreciated to be able to force my support operators to 2FA. Bill.. .. .
