If you are not mind switching the fraud prevention vendor, you may consider FraudLabs Pro (https://www.fraudlabspro.com/supported-platforms/whmcs), and you can create a validation rule to validate only for certain payment gateway.

Alternatively, you may use the module at FraudLabs Pro which comes with advanced features for fraud detection.
